My downstairs A/C unit wasn't cooling properly and Travis came out to check on it. It was low on Freon so he filled it up and everything works properly. One month later the upstairs unit started blowing warm air so I called Cruz Air & Electric and asked for Travis to come check it out. He arrived on time the next day and tried to get it fixed, but the unit was 26 years old, so I decided to get it replaced. He quoted me a fair price for a new unit and his crew did a great job of installing. Travis came by after the installation to check on everything and was very professional and helpful.
